Technical Skills

God knowledge of three-tiered application design (Web/Application/Database)

Technical knowledge of Web/Application Servers, Knowledge of IIS configurations.

Previous experience troubleshooting application-related problems (Java & .Net Applications)

Good knowledge in SQL scripts (Joins, SP, Performance optimization)

Knowledge in production support (working/tracking on incident/tickets based on priority)

Experience in monitoring system outage/blockages etc.

Has some development background on .net, at least can read and troubleshoot C# code, check and understand error logs.

Good in troubleshooting configuration and network issues with excellent knowledge on following protocols DNS, HTTP(s), SMTP, FTP, SSL, TCP

Soft Skills

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Should worked on Off-shore/On-site model

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work in 24 x 7 support.

Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot production bugs
