Diversity Job Boards

Surveys show that most diversity candidates stay close to the traditional job board highway. First, they visit one or more of the big three job boards, then they migrate to the most visible niche boards aimed at their
skills, industry, or function.
But there is an additional tier of niche boards, aimed specifically at the general diversity marketplace or specific market segments. Of course, these boards are self-profiling, which gives you the advantage of knowing
the diversity characteristics of the population beforehand.
