Based on what you know about this job, what changes would you make?
How do you keep yourself up to date with the new technology?
What are the three things that motivate you most?
How long do you think it will be before you’ll be effective here, in a different industry?
Have you ever had to do a job without having the needed experience?
You’ve changed jobs twice in the last four years. How long are you likely to stay with us?
