Multiple Mentions

In setting your daily goals, mention something more than once, to emphasize it, to put more pressure on yourself to
do it. For example, if you have missed an important goal for several days, the next day write down that goal
twice. If you miss it again the next day, write it down three times. Psychologically, you’re more likely to tackle a goal that’s mentioned three times than one that is mentioned once because by completing it,you cross off three goals from your list.
