THE INTERVIEW

Arrive at least 10 minutes early, so you can take time to observe the general atmosphere of the outer office and review your notes again. Dress the way you would dress for doing that job. If in doubt, err on the side of being conservative. Notice the condition and layout of the office, how people are dressed, and how they relate to each other.
If there’s a delay, stay relaxed about it and observe. In the chit-chat with the Hiring Manager’s assistant, try to find out how long the interview is likely to last so that you can make sure you’ll be able to address your key issues.
