Your Accomplishments

Describe your experiences with PARs, which describe your accomplishments
rather than responsibilities. The work you’ve done preparing
your PARs pays off here. In a chronological resume, select your
accomplishments of each job starting with your latest. Then prioritize
them, listing the most important first. Prioritizing your PARs for
each job is important—readers tend to skim your resume and may
read only one or two accomplishments for each job you’ve held. In a
functional resume, organize your PARs by function rather than by job.
