The job is shared exclusively by professionals with a similar skillset to their referee and to recruiters who have experience working in that particular skill.
Refer-A-Friend has never been easier to use, so just follow our simple steps below to get started!
Step 1. Browse our varied list of jobs available for referrals. Each advert will contain the role requirements, the role location, when the advert was posted and how much remuneration the employer is offering for their referral.
Step 2. If any roles catch your eye, click on the green ‘Refer a Friend’ button.
Step 3. You will be given 4 options:
- Refer from social sites. Referring a friend from your social media outlets is one of the easiest and most straightforward options available. Simply log in using your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn details and select the friend(s) you would like to recommend for the job. Their details will automatically be filled in, making the process stress-free for you.
- Upload a friend's resume.If you have access to your friend’s resume, then perfect! Simply log in, and all you have to do is upload it to the database against the job you’d like to recommend.
- Share a friend’s information.If you know someone who is perfect for a role but you don’t have their resume to hand, then no problem. Log in and pop their details in and your friend will receive an email of your recommendation and details on how to submit their information and apply.
- Apply for yourself.Or maybe, just maybe the best fit for the role is you! Simply click on ‘Apply for yourself’ and fill in your own details. However, please note that by applying yourself you will not gain any financial referrals reward.
Step 4. Once an application has been made, it will be assessed by our technical software, and if it is deemed a suitable fit, will be passed on to the employers. If they are interested in your referral, an interview will shortly be scheduled with the candidate.
Step 5. If the interview is successful, your referral will be offered the job.
Step 6. If your referral accepts their offer, you will be rewarded with a handsome financial referral fee once your friend commences their new role. Woohoo!
