We are currently looking for IT Recruitment Sales/Business Development Manager to get us bulk IT requirements from different customers to enable us feed the same to our huge network of IT Recruiters.

Job Description:
• New business development, planning and executing business strategies
• Must have proven track record in Sales & New business development Market research and identifying new markets & hunting business opportunities beyond boundaries.
• Prepare business profile documents for the prospective customer being targeted.
• Qualifying the contacts obtained from market research to potential leads.
• Converting the leads to potential business prospect.
• Technical presentation to prospective clients.
• Knowledge of end to end recruitment projects.

Desired Profile:

• 5+ years experience in Business Development.
• Strong networking, negotiation & liaison abilities in building relationships.
• Maintaining good rapport with the key individuals to sustain business.
• Market knowledge of recruitment in IT Industry.
• Team person with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience of handling IT/ITes, Telecom, e-Commerce/ Engineering industries would be advantageous. 
• Excellent writing and e skills.
