Here is Job Description:

  • Location :  London, UK
  • Start date : ASAP
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £50K-£70K based on experience + £50-£70K commission


The main aim of this role is to sell EMC solutions with a focus on multinational clients in the City of London. The role will involve the development of EMC offerings into existing accounts and hunting new logos to drive EMC business into. Once you have acquired new business you will farm the account, maximising revenues through selling the EMC solution.


  • Generate and close new business through client acquisition
  • Manage your own diary. Turn leads into client appointments
  • Prepare monthly sales reports to demonstrate successful progress on sales pipeline
  • Manage client accounts. Ensure all information are recorded in CRM and remain up-to-date
  • Work closely alongside EMC account and vendor managers to maintain strong EMC partnership
  • Act as Client's EMC lead working on EMC and Client strategy
  • Work with Marketing and Lead Generation teams to qualify opportunities. Assume responsibility to drive opportunities forward and ensure they are followed up appropriately
  • Build strong rapport with new clients to understand their objectives and develop long-lasting relationships
  • Deliver professional client presentations
  • Be an ambassador of Client

Essential Key Skills:

  • 3 years’ IT Experience
  • Previous experience working at a EMC reseller or partner
  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at ‘C’ Level
  • Experience in delivering professional presentations
  • Ability to network within a customer organisation to identify all key influencers and decision makers
  • Be able to manage long and short sales cycles
  • Sound analysis and decision making skills
