Job Description:

  • Job Role: Technical Lead-IT Support (Cloud Platform)
  • Job Location: Sector 2, Noida
  • Exp. Required: 6 - 9 Years
  • Salary: As Per Market Standard
  • Shift Timings: UK Shift

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer, analyse/trend and troubleshoot specific issues with cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure the highest possible availability of services for our Customers
  • Champion the use of best practice within the support teams (technical, process and service) to quickly and effectively close-out Customer tickets, handle changes and escalate problems.
  • Seek and enact opportunities to improve the way that they operate as a team
  • Own and resolve issues escalated by Customers.
  • Author, update and maintain content within knowledgebase, for internal/external audiences

Technical Knowledge:

  • T-SQL, SQL Server 2008, 2012
  • ASP.NET ,C#.Net , IIS7, WinHTTP, XML, Javascript, HTML.
  • 6 years Experience in development or technical support.
  • An excellent understanding of windows server environment.
  • Experience working with APIs and Web Services e.g. JSON + XML

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
  • Experience of dealing with business users, suppliers and other IT areas.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to cope well with switching priorities
  • Experience in problem solving both business and technical issues
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across other teams and departments


  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
  • Experience (3 years minimum) of supporting application on cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to write complex SQL Scripts.
