    • Job Responsibilities: 
      1) Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
      2) Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
      3) Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activity. 
      4) Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
      5) Assisting the Team Leader in recruitment for respective clients.
      6) Managing MIS / Database.

      Candidate Requirement / Qualification / Experience / Skills: 
      Any Graduate/Masters with strong English communication and MS office knowledge is a must. ITES Recruitment Industry experience will be an added advantage.

      Should Have: 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Matured in understand the requirement
    • Fresher from Reputed Institutes / Universities with no pending backlogs
    • Should have passion on HR IT Recruitment. 
    • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills with pleasant phone personality 
    • Must be able to work independently with never give up attitude 
    • Good Understanding / Knowledge of End - End Recruitment life cycle is a plus
    • Career focused, ownership of work (Accountability & involvement in work) results driven and strong goal orientation
