Technical Delivery Lead

Tollring, a leading edge developer of software and technology enabled services is looking for highly motivated Technical Delivery Leadto join their expanding team to support both their locally deployed systems and cloud based services.

You will work with a team of Technical Delivery Leads to conduct software installation remotely, document installations, provide product support during project phase and work closely with testing and development team to raise any faults.

To be qualified for this role, you should have proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Helpdesk , Software Installation, Software Analyst ,  Desktop Support Engineer or  similar roleworking with customers based in the UK \ US.

Skills & Experience


  • Assisting in the implementation of technical projects
  • Installation and configuration of company software
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following instructions, either written or verbal in order to set up a system or fix a fault
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Escalate unresolved issues or bugs to appropriate internal teams (e.g. testing team , software developers)
  • Providing end user product training at occasions




  • Experienced in technical customer support, with a technical help desk background supporting customers in UK \USA
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Helpdesk , Software Installation, Software Analyst ,  Desktop Support Engineer or  similar role
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and web technologies
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Knowledge of SQL & Microsoft SQL Server
  • IIS Management
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours is a major part of this role
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills


  • Basic project management skills
  • Knowledge of  Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding and implementation of SSL Certificates
  • Any understanding of fixed line telecoms/ PBX a major plus
